Exchange & Return policy
SaleCartz is a customer centric business. Here we want to deal honestly with our customer. Our policy for exchange and return is very clear and transparent.
If you have purchased something from SaleCartz.in and are not satisfied with the product, in that case you should review our policy here if you are looking for exchange or return.
Your product/item is eligible for a return in case of the following condition
- If the delivered product has genuine manufacturing/quality-related defects
- In case of incorrect product/item
- In case of Damaged Product/ items
What to do Now
You must share a picture as soon as the product item is unpacked, and return the product within the next 3 days.
Product Exchange policy
First, the customer has to notify us within 2 days of product delivery. And exchange terms apply
- if Item is unused, unworn, unwashed
- if Item is undamaged
- if Item is in a saleable condition.
- The item/product must be returned during delivery with all tags attached and all packing materials, courier receipts, invoices, and other papers are required.
- Damaged products will not be accepted anymore
- Request for exchange will be carried forward after receiving the product
- The product must meet all the conditions and conditions mentioned on SaleCartz.in
- Please read it carefully that Discounted products will not be eligible for any kind of exchange or returns
Refund Policy is only applicable if your product is eligible for return and cancellation
- Any amount paid to be credited into an equivalent payment mode using which the payment was made.
- Pre-paid transaction refund takes slightly longer. Cancellations may take up to 7-10 business days.
